Group Walks
Free On Lead Group Walks
In partnership with the Dereham and Toftwood Dog Owners Facebook group, we host a free monthly on-lead group walk, providing a safe and supportive opportunity for owners to socialise their dogs appropriately while meeting other responsible, like-minded dog owners.
These walks are open to dogs of all ages, breeds, and abilities, and can be particularly beneficial for dogs that are reactive, overexcited, or still developing their social skills. The structured environment offers a great opportunity to practise training around real-life distractions, with support and guidance available throughout the walk.
As not all dogs attending will be comfortable interacting with other dogs or people, we ask everyone to respect individual dogs' space and advocate for their own dog's needs. The focus is on calm, positive experiences rather than direct dog-to-dog interaction.
I attend each walk and am always happy to offer advice, guidance, and training tips where needed. Walks typically last around one hour, and details of upcoming walks can be found on my Facebook page.
